The work includes the procurement of 3 Phase propulsion equipment with passenger and operator related peripheral items suitable for maximum service speed 130 kmph speed with 50% powering (8 Motor Coaches out of 16 cars in the rake formation). All coaches in Trainset will be air-conditioned with features such as Fully Sealed Gangways, Automatic Plug Type doors, cab AC in DTCs, and various passenger amenities including Wi-Fi based infotainment system and CCTVs. Traction Transformer, Set of Metal oxide Gapless lightning arrestors, Current transformer, Potential transformer, IGBT or SiC based underslung mounted PWM Traction Converter, Three-phase fully suspended asynchronous induction motors, Microprocessor based Train Control and Management System (TCMS), Train Data Recorder, Voice communication system, Passenger information system, Passenger Car Surveillance system, Complete pre-fabricated driver desk, Automatic smoke/fire detection system, Speed Indicating cum recording equipment, Set of Control Equipment, Load weighing system, Underslung mounted Auxiliary system, Battery and Battery box, Lighting system, Pneumatic system, Complete air-conditioning system, Cab AC, Power, control, Data/communication cables, Inter-vehicular couplers, Design and supply of electrical cable ducts/trays/conduits, EPDM & EMC type cable glands, Pantograph & Earthing Switch, VCB for traction circuit protection, APC receiver, Electrically operated wiper system, 3-phase to single phase underslung transformer, Infotainment system, 750 VA Inverter, Installation and integration of all items under the scope of supply.
